CrossFit

Our training methodology is a Strength & Conditioning Program where we include: Gymnastics (bodyweight movements), Weightlifting (Olympic  & powerlifting), Endurance (cardio), Accessory Work (core), and much more! We specialize in not specializing so that, within our All-Inclusive program, an individual can excel in any daily activity outside of the gym/box. Athletes may combine this program with any outside training regimen they follow and, especially, the programs we have within the facility.
Yoga

Yoga

Yoga is a perfect complement to the sport of CrossFit and can benefit athletes of all disciplines, genders, ages and abilities. When you get into the fitness habit of taking a yoga class designed with the athlete in mind, it will force you to slow down and pay attention to the body you bring into all of your activities. You’ll be given cues to correct your biomechanics and opportunities to create muscular strength, endurance and flexibility in desirable ranges of motion. This will translate into WOD success naturally as time progresses.

 

 

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting

In this program we will work on the two Olympic Lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This course is suited for those wanting to compete in Olympic meets and those wanting to become proficient in these lifts for CrossFit. Here we will fine tune technique and break through PR’s. Athletes may combine this program with any outside training regimen they follow and, especially, the programs we have within the facility.

A large focus of the course is on the three major lifts: back squat, deadlift and bench press, although instruction is applicable to all strength training. Athletes may combine this program with any outside training regimen they follow and, especially, the programs we have within the facility.

Strowke

Strowke

Cardio/Respiratory Endurance. This method utilizes a combination of high-intensity, interval-based training, strength training, and mobility work to provide balance in the development within the athlete. This program centers on rowing, but we also include the ski-erg, watt bike, assault bike, running, and much more. Athletes may combine this program with any outside training regimen they follow and, especially, the programs we have within the facility.
Personal Training

Personal Training

If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer full service Private Personal Training programs. In addition to one on one training, we offer small group personal training (up to five people). Rates vary depending on group size and are a great way to get your fitness journey started. Contact us for more info and availability. Athletes may combine this program with any outside training regimen they follow and, especially, the programs we have within the facility.
